Whether you schedule date nights consistently or they're impromptu, it's good to have them. It's how you unwind, communicate, and reconnect together. As you scroll through these options, you'll notice a few patterns. Making everyday tasks like cooking dinner a contest creates excitement, plus a little competition never hurt anyone. There are several ideas involving food, staycations whether voluntary or not are like vacations, eating is the main item on the itinerary, so balance the weight gain with some of the workout suggestions listed as well.
1. Latte Contest
Who doesn't love a good cup of coffee, especially flavored ones? Bring the coffee shop to your home, and see who can make the best tasting and most creative latte with this fun challenge.

Our signature cocktail ended up being a white peach sangria.
4. Wine Tasting

Whether it's inside or outdoors will be dependent on the weather, but either way, it'll be nice to mix up the evening with a picnic.

13. Take a Stroll
Sometimes it's nice to get out of the house and move those legs. Take a walk around your neighborhood and enjoy being outside. If you want to work off some of the food you've been eating, go for a power walk. To make it a little romantic, time it so that you can watch the sunset together.
